When we woke in chamberlain we were off westward... our first stop was badlands national park. There is much history with the cowboys and indians in this park because the terrain is so difficult and it is a good hideout for anyone...hiding I guess. It is really an amazing place with really cool views. So we went off to the black hills and on to mount rushmore. It is HUGE I never thought it was so big and we got some really cool pics. so check them out...I am now in Spearfish writing in a laundry room and will prob. not be able to check the internet for a few more days. stay tuned and check out some more pics later. Last night we spent the night in spearfish at a campground that was hosting a BMW bike festival. We joked and said we hoped the harley bikers would show up and give it to them. When we pulled in there was a drunk man named bob who showed us to, as he called it, "the best spot in the black hills". He ended up being ok, we gave him a beer for some firewood and he soon smothered us with his presence.
