Mi experiencia es, los jueces locales no se preocupan alrededor si documentan a una persona o no cuando van a corte para los problemas del tráfico. Estos jueces no manejan casos de la inmigración. ¿Quién va a corte por cargos de trafico cuando pensó que iba a estar deportada?
Si la información es verdad, debo aconsejar a mis clientes que esto pudo suceder. También me requieren insistir que mis clientes vayan a corte. Eso me pone en una posición difícil. ¿Si es la información verdad cómo puedo aceptar casos en el condado de Jefferson?
Tambien, oi hablar de una persona que estaban en cárcel del condado de Arapahoe, Colorado, en cargas de menor importancia. Esta persona pidió utilizar el teléfono así que él podría decir a gente donde él estaba. Él deseó conseguir a un abogado y conseguir en fianza.
Los guardas en la cárcel te dijeron que él no podría utilizar el teléfono porque él era un inmigrante ilegal. Te dijeron que él fuera a estar deportado, una decisión que no podrían tomar. Lo llamaron "Mohado", una palabra fea que refiere a ser "mojó" después de cruzar el Rio Bravo. La otra gente podía utilizar el teléfono. Eso es como decir a la esposa que fue batida por su marido, "no dice cualquier persona. Si lo haces, serás un idiota inútil y será tu culpa cuando la gente consigue enojada en tu marido!"
No es mi intención conseguir venganza o hacer cualquier persona malo de la mirada. Mi intento es al claro mi nombre, presenta un poco equilibrio en la discusión, hace que el equipo de Piolin haga la está bien con mí, y comienza un discusión sobre por qué debemos solucionar el problema de la inmigración con la unidad.
A propósito, hay un acoplamiento en Lonewacko para cualquier persona que desee un grado del contador-terrorismo. Conjeturo que te dan un B. S. en justicia criminal/terrorismo contrario. El es lo que necesito, más b.s. (Una broma, B.S. es un diploma de colegio, BS "Bull Shit" es mierda del torro).
La discriminación, el odio, el uso de leyes desiguales debe parar. ¿Qué mis hermanos Americanos Africanos dicen sobre la cuenta de mi hermano de Latino ante el tribunal o de mi otro hermano en cárcel del condado de Arapahoe? ¡Nuestros americanos africanos sufrieron el tratamiento injusto similar por años! Los necesitamos en nuestro lado!
Pienso que la solución al problema de la inmigración está con la unidad con toda la gente que sepa el cargador pesado de la opresión. Rafa Cores, short for Rafael, who writes about the caravan, has changed his tune. He now says I could not continue the caravan because Juan Carlos, the driver of the vehicle in which I had been riding, didn't want me to continue.
"Así que la gente que lo traía no le dejó continuar el viaje con ellos." This means as I understand it, "so the people who brought him would not let him continue the trip with them?"
That does not sound like the expulsion that had been reported earlier. Imagine the conversation:
"Hey Juan Carlos, your passenger is a suspected minuteman who is reporting our position. (False accusations.) But you can let him continue, or throw him off. Just let me know how you want to do it. Meanwhile, we need to re-route the caravan!"
Presumably, Piolin knows the truth about the gringo attorney that was thrown off of the caravan. I sent my letters of recommendation and certificate from the supreme Court of Colorado to Roberto. The frantic re-writing of the story about the false Abogado suggests the Piolin team knows the truth.
Piolin is a guy who writes a wonderful story about coming here from Mexico and living the American dream. He is a guy who speaks about the importance of unity in all of the races. Yet, if he knows the truth, here is a guy who steadfastly refuses to put things right with me.
Is that or is that not hypocrisy?
The reports continue to say I claimed I was an attorney for Immigration. What I said was, I am an attorney who represents immigrants. Perhaps there was some confusion. It does not make sense to claim I was an attorney for immigration. Geez.
Meanwhile, I heard about an undocumented worker who appeared in court without an attorney in Jefferson County, Colorado. He says the Judge spoke harshly to him because he is an undocumented worker. He says the judge wanted to put him in jail on a very minor traffic charge but she could not under the law. Once in jail, he would likely be picked up by immigration.
My experience is, local judges do not worry about whether a person is documented or not when they go to court for traffic problems. These judges do not handle immigration cases. Who would show up for court for minor traffic charges if they thought they were going to be deported? If the information is true, I must advise my clients this might happen. I am also required to insist my clients go to court. That puts me in a difficult position. If the information is true how can I accept cases in Jefferson County?
I also heard about Another person who was in Arapahoe County jail on minor charges. This person asked to use the telephone so he could tell people where he was. He wanted to get an attorney and get bond. His jailers told him he could not use the telephone because he was an illegal immigrant. They told him he was going to be deported, a decision they could not make. They called him "Mohado", an ugly word which refers to being "wet" after crossing the Rio Bravo. Other people were able to use the telephone. After this person had been in Jail for many hours they finally let him call someone for help.
These are typical stories often heard in the Latino community.
Then there is the account on Lonewacko, an internet site, which states:
"Someone... claiming to be a lawyer...tried to join the caravan and was subjected to anti-"Gringo" animosity...I don't know whether he's a completely sincere useful idiot or whether he was indeed there to make them look bad..."
That is like telling the wife who was beaten by her husband, "don't tell anyone. If you do, you will be a useless idiot and it will be your fault when people get mad at your husband!"
It is not my intention to get revenge or to make anyone look bad. My intent is to clear my name, present a little balance in the discussion, have the Piolin team make this right with me, and start a debate about why we should solve the immigration problem through unity.
By the way, there is a link on Lonewacko for anyone who wants a counter-terrorism degree. I guess they give you a B .S. in criminal justice/counter terrorism. That is what I need, more b.s.
The discrimination, the hate, the application of uneven laws must stop. What would my African American brothers say about the account of my Latino brother in court or my other brother in Arapahoe County Jail? Our African Americans suffered similar unjust treatment for years! We need them on our side.
I think the solution to the immigration problem is through unity with all people who know the heavy boot of oppression. That includes African Americans, Africans and Chinese and others who want to be Americans, gays, the mentally ill, the elderly, those who wish to practice religious freedom, the list goes on.
This is a human rights fight as much as it is an immigration fight. My Latino brothers need our help. Piolin talks about unity. Where is the call for unity? Why won't he practice what he preaches with me?
