Our stay in Port Campbell was quite a relaxed one. We spent most of our week here chilling out on the beach, reading our books and swimming. Alex swam out to the pier most days and jumped in. While we down in this part of the world we went and looked at some of the natural wonders which make up part of the Great Ocean Road. We went to see the 12 Apostles, London Bridge, The Arch and the Grotto, all limestone cliffs which have been created due to sea erosion
We also went for a walk around the cliff top at Port Campbell one day when the weather was not really beach weather. It was probably about a 5km walk with some lovely views of the bay and Port Campbell.
The people on the campsite have been really friendly, I think we must scream poor travellers, we have been given saugages and burgers by one family, coffee, hot chocolate and timtams (Australias version of Penguin Biscuits). They are really sweet and interested in our trip.
