What a freaking long day today was. We stopped in some port town of Warnemunde, Germany and head off to Berlin via a 3 hour train ride for a guided tour + some free time. It was fun in that the train was booked exclusively for Atlantis, so we had a train full of gay boys having fun for 3 hours (or napping or whatever). We had a train room to ourselves mostly, Jim, Chris, Mike, myself, and Stephen.

Berlin was nice, but I think my body was still catching up from jet lag so I was dragging a bit all day. Did the usual tour stops like the Holocaust Memorial, Bradenburg gate (sp?), etc etc. Very standard touristy stuff until like 6pm when they let us free to wander for a few hours. It was smart in that the bus ended the formal tour a couple blocks from the central area where most the gay bars were located.

At that point, it was a bit more free flowing. We basically just bar hopped for 3 hours, ran into more of the ship gays and found free Wi-Fi! Out came out all the I-Phones. I think I'm the last to still not convert over. Anyway it was fun hanging with the main crew bouncing around. I gotta say though, I don't think I've seen so many leather stores in a few block radius as in Berlin. I saw plenty of leather masks and other toys, but nothing I could buy as a souvenir. Eh well.

Finally, after 10 hours of tour, we headed back at around 10pm. Sleepy time the whole way back (and some beers). On the boat, things were even more leather then in Berlin. Some leather "Kit Kat Party" craziness. Woot! Anyway, I stayed up far too late, but the next day is at sea so whateva. Bed time for bonzo. Oh and I left behind my glasses on the bus, but hopefully they find their way back to federal way via the cruise ship people.
