Welcome to my Haiti blog for Trip 2009!  The above quote is one of my favorites.  It reminds me of why I do what I do in my life.  It's one of the main reasons I travel to Haiti.  My first trip to Haiti was almost exactly two years ago.  You can read about my previous trip here:

As I write my 2009 blog, you'll have to forgive me if I recycle some quotes or jokes.  Being a mom of three boys I can barely remember last week, let alone two years ago!
