We took the trolley to town where none other than the Rhinestone Cowboy, Glen Campbell was on stage in the middle of main street. The atmosphere was great, every bar had a Casino and a live band! There were old time cowboys walking around everywhere, spurs and all. We had a great time listening to the live music and people watching.
The next day we got up early and head to a field where we thought we would see the re-enactment of Wild Bills shooting
After we had enough of the shootout and cow roping we went on to Black Hills National Forest to check out Mt. Rushmore. We got some good advice from one of Bryce's friend to not pay to see Mt. Rushmore since it is easily seen from the road. After we checked out mt rushmore we drove thru Custer State Park and then on to Wind Cave National Park for another CAVE TOUR. I really didnt want to go in another cave anytime soon after the 4 hour tour in Mammoth Cave but this tour turn out to be alright. Only 1 and 1/2 hours this time but the formations were a lot different from Mammoth. After the Cave tour we drove by the Crazy Horse Memorial and them back to Deadwood for another night. We took it easy and just sat on the office's porch then went to bed early to rest up for another day of driving.
