Walk to the pier and rode a ferry to Hvar Island.It is off the Dalmation coast.
It took 2 hours.
Walk and sightsee Hvar Town and its square.
Lots of lavender plants.
Swam in one of the naturalist beaches.
Went to St Francis Monastery ,saw the museum ,old tree and a  painting The Last Supper.
Took ferry back to Split.
