Lourdes from Bilbao

Took a taxi to the bus terminal.Took the bus to Hendaye,France.
Took the train to Bayonne ansd switch train to go to Lourdes,France. Went to Tourist information office and book a a hotel called Center Hotel.It is centrally located. Walk to the Shrine of Lourdes.Saw the grotto and the Church of the Rosary.Lot of sick people on wheel chair as well as their volunteer attendants. Ate a set dinner near the church. Went back back to the shrine to witness the 9:00 PM candle procession of the masses. The sight of thousand of candles is moving. It was cold and windy. Walk back to the hotel. More thumbnails ...
