First there was audiovisual show then a tram ride to see how wines are made,Wine tasting followed.
Went to Montserrat to see the church and monastery.It is located up in the mountain.Have to take a funicular to reach it.Saw an exhibit about the monasteries and how the Benedictine monks live.
Went to to adore and kiss the orb of the Black Madonna in the cathedral.
Took funicular to see St.Cova Cave.It is a stiff walk to see the cave where the Black Madonna was found.Along the way are station of the cross stations.
Then go to Sitges,a sea shore resort town..Saw the architecture of some houses,Went to a museum in the old city and see some Rosignol paintings.
Back to Barcelona,Ate at Cafe Opera,an old restaurant.Ate anchovies in vinegar,bread slice with tomato (typical Catalan food)and Jamon Iberico.It is a ham from the black hoofed pigs.The best of Spanish ham.
