Walk to Plaza Catalunya and took Bus Catalunya Turistico.It is an guided organized tour offering day trips.
Went to Girona .a medieval town.Saw the old Arab Bath.Saw a church with a painting with a legend about flies that save the city.Went to a big cathedral with a museum.Saw the old tapestry with story about the creation.
Ate tapas for lunch
Drove to Figueras.It's main attraction is the Salvador Dali Museum.It has a lot of surrealistic architecture,paintings and objects ,ex  is  soft watches.The outside wall have big eggs and bread loaves.Saw the Rainy taxi and the Mae West Room.
There is a Dali Jewelry Museum with surrealistic jewelry like a beating  heart  jewelry.
Back to Barcelona after 2 hours.
We covered a lot of places in one day.
Went to the Tourist Info Center and bought souvenirs books.
Bought a boccadillo (sandwich) for dinner,
