Training ended at Woodridge. The client is smart and enthusiastic. They did ask for some clarification on some labor law stuff, which I explained and we discussed. Then I was cornered on the HR product. This client was one of the first to implement HR and have worked with it for 3 years now. How shall I say it, the product has improved greatly since their installation.
I headed back to the airport. Only one wrong turn. Pretty good day for me.
I waited in the airport for my flight. I read a book for a while, then wandered around
I did take a picture in the Atlanta airport - attached. A fellow sat down next to me with the pictured briefcase. The poor man told me I was the first person to ever ask to take a picture of his briefcase. He told me about it. It appears he is on a commerce commission and gets to fly on Air Force One periodiacally. He said they keep all the common folk in the back of the plane. One time he did get as far up front as the conference room. Also, the back of the plane is no better than coach in any other airplane. Sort of makes me feel better. All those reporters getting to fly around the country free - at least they are in coach.
He said the m&m's on Air Force One have itty bitty presidential seals on them. Can you just imagine all the elves sitting around with itty bitty paint brushes painting them onto the candy pieces? Oh wait, elves are with Keebler. So, the question goes unanswered: Who paints the presidential seal on the M&M's? Hmmmmmm.....
I got home around midnight. Another fine exciting day in the life of travel! I get Saturday at home and am back in the air Sunday, onto Sumter, SC. More pictures to come.
