Today we went on our horse riding trip. We had been warned that one of the horses only had one eye bit Loe (my horse) looked fine. So on I got. No helmet, no guide, nada. We just started going. First we crossed a marshy bit where we were sinking. Then we had to jump up on to solid ground. Then we crossed a busy road. So five minutes have passed and if it wasn´t for all the bouncing my pants may have been full!!
My horse seemed determined to knock me off or do as much damage as possible. He was trotting as far into the side as wsa possible so every jaggy bush and tree was scratching me. So I pulled on one side of the reins really hard and he steered to the middle. This is how I came to the conclision he only had one eye. I felt quite pround of my horse woman skills at this point! We reached a rocky outcrop and we climed up, without the horses, to where we could see a gorgeous view of the whole valley. I was feeling really confident on the way back. I had mastered this horse riding thing. So I was galloping along, the wind in my hair, when suddenly the side of the reins I havd been pulling on snapped! The leader of the group was nowhere to be seen and I had no way to control my crazy one eyed horse. What could I do? I held on for dear life. I think Leo was glad to be free and galloped all the way back to the road. The leader had to grab me to stop him just running onto the road. I was almost home and dry. The loe decidid to walk directly at a volleyball bet anf try to clothes ine me. I managed to steer him around it. Then we reached the little river. I was realy to get off when Loe splashed in and swam across. So I did´t get home and dry!
