Chillin near Mobile, Alabama with URMIE! Be jealous ND girls. Been having a blast seeing people I've spent too much time away from. Jenny and I have also discovered southern hospitality is not quite as ubiquitous as we had imagined.. We ventured into Cain's Grocery store the to pick up a bottle of wine for dinner.. After waiting in line, dodging stares from curious Mobilites, we got to the cashier to hear "Honey I cant sell that to you" me: "Oh really" cashier: "Yes. Its a SUNDAY." Apparently, I had forgotten my Catholic school past which taught me the dangers of drinking on a Sunday. The Lord hath spoken.
Although don't get me wrong, I'm loving it here. HEading to New orleans soon. I'll leave you with a bit of trivia...

The ALabama license plate says "Stars fall on ... ALABAMA"

Where did this come from??

... theres a girl whose name is katie in mobile.. IN MOBILE.....
