Ok now we are getting down to business. After Robby and Amalia have made contact with some of their friends in Lo de Marcos.....and the planning began for the Mural.....

First of all we checked out the area selected for the mural. It is the porch of La Casa de Los Ninos which has one large wall and 3 others that wrap around so the project begins to take on a 3-D inspiration. Mauricio who is a Mexican artist who lives across the street from Dulce temporarily (in fact he left town today) met with the kids to help them pare down their creation to fit the space. A grid was created and a scaled chalk drawing was made on the wall........
