The transport here was smooth sailing. It may not sound like it at
first but everying worked out perfectly. The truck picked us up at 3am
in front of our hostel, which took us to the mini bus, which took us to
an intersection, where we caught the Pempa bound bus after only 2
minutes of waiting. We got the back row of the bus to ourselves for
the whole 7 hour ride.
We stayed at Wimbi Sun Hotel, just across the street from the
beach. We had pretty nice weather, and we would eat at restaurants on
the beach and stay there all day. We also go into the habit of
crashing the really expensive hotel on the beach, especially making us
of their infinity pool. Although, we did think we were going to get
kicked out one day! The beach is in a beautiful bay surrounded by
trees. It was a good place to relax and get rejuvinated to continue
traveling. It has been some tough bus rides, even if it is easy it is
still dehydrating and draining.
