Da Beach Time...

Due to the exorbitant amount of fun undertaken the night before, I decided to take it easy on Saturday and watched a movie (Twisted - Ashley Judd, Samuel L... pretty good) after work and a midday nap. On Sunday, I managed to moved my rear from the couch to the great outdoors. Erlend, Spaghetti, and I went to the Ilah to saturate ourselves with sunshine.
When I first arrived, I swam a couple laps in the ocean. The temperature was nice... a cool 18oC (65oF). I then sat beach side and read my book for a while. Before I knew it, Spaghetti was getting me and Erlend into a football game with some local kids. After running up and down the beach a couple times, I was finally able to understand how my dad felt when we would run circles around him as kids. These juveniles were killing me! I guess it's time I start running more. We finished the day with a nice meal at a near by restaurant called Coconut - right next to Miami Beach.
