Yapanaya is my new favorite meditation word.  It means "for the possibility of simplicity and peace" in Pali.  I am back from my retreat and had a really good time, though it was hard at times.  I really love that I went!  Wonderful people were there and I learned a lot and experienced a lot of different types of mediation. 

I can't write more though, bc I am very hungry and have to go eat, but I wanted to include Pooja's picture from our big night out in Chiang Mai a few days before I left for the retreat--doesn't it really look like we were having the time of our lives?  ;)  Will write more about the meditation retreat later.
