So my journey starts after I most likely failed my econ final. Anyway, I rushed to get out and get to the train station. A bunch of us guys from school were leaving within the next three days so we all have one last bash to end the semester. So we all headed down to Chris's house in Long Island. Saturday night, I decided to stay up a little later than was probably good for me. I went to sleep at oh say 0330 and set my alarm for 0530. This is where it gets fun...

I wake up and look at my watch. It says that it is 1000. My flight out of JFK is for 1040. I didn't hear the alarm! I rushed to get Chris and Hoyt up and they take me to the airport. I get to JFK around 1030, and I can't get on the flight. As if that was a suprise. Emirates was nice enough to reschedule my flight for the 2300 flight out of JFK with no extra charge. The only bad part was I don't get to spend 23 hours in Dubai The Boys at Chris's house, Sean is hairy lol

. It's more like 8 hours now. It wasn't bad at all because I spent the remainder of the day with my Long Island family.

2300 at JFK

Emirates is hands down the coolest airline I have ever been on. Waiting for me on the flight was:

-Blankets
-Pillows
-3 meals
-Thousands of movies and TV show episodes
-Hot towels
-Free beer
-Video games

And all this was at my disposal at my seat for the 14 hour flight. It made sitting less of a pain. The seat could have had more room, and because of that I wasn't able to sleep more than 3 hours. My excitement is what keeps me running though.
