There was extra security, red carpet and fanfare pap whilst the Jamaican governent asslicked the Spanish King and Queen into bankrolling their sliding dollar and economy.. *details of my opionion of hypocrisy and rant deleted* .. What was funny the supposeded secrecy of their visit through the airport, I asked one lady 'why all this' she wouldn't tell me and ushered me on, another lady said "the king and queen of America.. no, actually of England.." was front page news they were coming only yesterday..

US Airways sucks.. Its a budget airline but regular prices.. It had no complimentary food or drink and no entertainment, I remember when I was booking there was some better airlines where the fare was pretty close, but I was feeling extra tight, false economy?..

I bought a 5dollar snack box which was filled with some decent airlines quality contols rejected snacks, forget that anyway.. more serious is that I somehow lost my skull candy earbuds between landing in LAX and waiting for the flight to Beijing 20 minutes later..

Forget about the peanuts and soda's - that is the least of our problems. US Airways employees lie.
I am a Gold Status customer. One of the US Airways supervisor's - her name is Pamela - lied to me at the Philly airport on Sunday night (April 25th) after my flight was cancelled at 11:00 pm because the crew "timed out." The unacceptable and lame reasons she gave me as to why she refused to ask someone to pull my luggage were bad enough, but she topped that by directing me to baggage claim with a "tip" on how to approach an agent there in order to sweet-talk someone into giving me my luggage. Upon my arrival at baggage claim, the manager told me that Pamela had called her and told her, "Under no circumstances was she allowed to pull my luggage." She boldly lied to me - a paying customer - and in my book, that is beyond unacceptable and should not be tolerated.

even if you pay over $ 3,500.- for a domestic "First Class" ticket, US Airways will still nickel and dime you and treat you like s**t. I have received better customer service in Economy on other airlines than from these clowns in their so called "First Class". Never again...

Don't use US Airways website with Internet Explorer 8! I'm not making this up. Today I frustratingly attempted to book flights at . No go.
In a telephone conversation with website technical team, I was informed that their website does not support current versions of Internet Explorer, you must use Explorer 6! How out-dated can US Airways be? Oh, you are free to pay the $25 fee to book with an agent.

Checked my bag at curbside in Philly with US Airways. When I arrived at my destination I found that my jewelry had been taken. Jewelry, some of which pieces are antique family pieces and irreplaceable. I have not been able to speak to a human being at US Airways about this matter. I did file a report with the Philadelphia Police. US Airways lack of interest and response except from the script that the phone bank personnel read from makes it clear to me that US Airways has no interest in the protection of the flying public. Please join me in never using US Airways and by doing so protect yourself and your possessions!

US Air sucks. First flying into Charlotte thisearly am we start to land then the pilot pulls up and we fly around in circles then eventually
"land" more like bouncing down the runwayworse than a mil air flight in the desert
Then now in the gate area and they won't board us and the excuse they keep giving us they "are waiting on the weather reportall they keep saying
They download reports so it is mechanical on the plane or their pilots playing delay games which heard some rumors around the airport

My US Air flight landed as an Emergency Landing at the Ottawa airport on Feb 13, 2011. 20 mins before our approach to Ottawa the cabin filled up with the smell of jet fuel (strong enough to make your eyes water) and a haze of smoke. We had to make an emergency landing in Ottawa which was brutal. The plane bounced and skidded and when we stopped the pilot yelled "evacuate, evacuate!" The emergency lighting came on and we had to evacuate. Emergency workers, firefighters, police, paramedics AND the hazmat team were all waiting for us. We stook on the runway in the cold waiting for a bus to pick us up. We waited for hours for our luggage. Incredibily NO ONE from US Air was there to explain what happened, what we were exposed to or what we should do next. I sent an email to US Air and they sent me an email back that said there was no incident report and their records show that we landed on time! Incredible! I am so pissed. This isn't the end of this. I have a right to know what I was breathing in. Their customer service is as good as their planes....and believe me, that is NOT a compliment.

Honestly the worst airline I have ever traveled with. To top it off, they basically stole $450 from us as they issued us tickets during the holidays last year which we were not able to use due to the snow storms, told us we had 12 months to use them, and then told us that the re-booking fee was more than the value of the tickets when we tried to use them, even though it was for the same route of travel.

avoid these idiots at all cost.

I will nevr Fly US Air again if it's going through Charlotte. US Air pulled out of Pittsburgh and made Charlotte their Hub and it is a disaster. US Air made a big mistake going to Charlotte. The airport is too small and not designed to handle the kind of traffic that US Air creates. It took me 20 minutes and 3 Shuttle rides to get to my next gate. I normally fly Air Tran out of Sarasota thru Atlanta, but I thought I'd give US Air a try, NEVER AGAIN, STAY OUT OF CHARLOTTE. US Air has gone bankrupt twice and it won't surprise me if they go again.

I went to cancun and had A lay over In charllot n.c well while waiting there with several other people us airways had changed there gate they were porting the enrire hour and a half me and many others lost out on the plane......And so now they say no flights to l.a for 16hours.......And wanted to charge us for changing the seats........Meanwhile while were resting In the airport were kicked out and booted downstairs In 40 degree temps....And no hotel have any occupancy because of A basketball game In town......there were 36PeopleSitting with me At the moment who are going to post reviews also....the plane smells like piss through out It and Is not worth being tight with your money...I will never ever use this company again......And one of the persons off the plane here had watches taken from his luggage.....Beware of Us Airways
