Kalaw is the one for pine tree land and cool hill town,Some say there like a switzer land from the Europe.
Here I mention for trek and hike around there,If you step on the land of pine tree you will be notice that routes and trek entrance of Kalaw.
There you can choose 3 kind of trek and hike.If you do not have enough time for that please get one day trek to View point,On the way you pass villages of tribes and at the top you can rest at Chapati (Indian round bakery bread)shop.and when they arrange for your food you can get seeing away of the mountain and see nature and get dream what you want to think,On the way back please tell your trekking guide,that you want to pass reservoir,before there you pass into the forest and no voice and noise and just your foot step fallen on the dying leaves
Start like this,

I recommend it.Trek to Inle lake,that you need 3 days and 2 nights,There you will sleep at the village of guide and another night sleep at amazing monastery in Hti thain,and the final you will reach to your boat at noon time and get around lake touring.Before on water touring get going to Inn daing pagodas,that welknown among travellers,who name dead ankorwatt ,if you been there Inndaing you do not need to go Kakku,near taung gyi,
Trek to pindaya,there you can see tribes villages and tribes are Danu and PaOh,Near Pindaya,yasargyi,Palaung tribe village,pass the country side and farm od oranges,There level is high 2000 Mtr,and there also Monastery you can see sun rise,There is high 2350Mtr,
another hiking is get go around your self near Kalaw,to up to the hill and Kalaw station,and another routes is back of the Thain taung monasterymthere you can see easy and get going to the end of route that will reach to the hill and seeing like bird eye view to Kalaw,and if you do not want to go futher get going up to monastery Thain taung,get down from there you can get drink of Myanmar Beer at the foot of hill and the shop name is (Thu maung),you name it what do you want to have,
