I went scuba diving yesterday. It was beautiful. I wish that I had pictures for you all, but sadly, I don't have an underwater camera. It is beautiful here, and very relaxing. I have a hard time making myself get up and go places, all I want to do all day is stare at the beautiful view of the ocean and drink iced fruit drinks, especially after I got sunburned and have to stay out of the sun. The place where I am staying is really nice, and I would love to come back here someday. Originally thought I could never live here, but I came up with a plot that will allow me to live here without being a complete beach bum and going into debt. I could get further scuba certification and become an instructor, and then work here for a while, maybe a year. Of course, this interferes with my other plans, so I may have to stick to visiting here whenever I have a long vacation. Anyway, life is beautiful, and I don't really want to leave tomorrow, but I need to get back to Bangkok, so that I can get things together before I leave for India. I am actually really looking forward to that, but I still want to stay and bask in the laziness of a tropical island.
