Czesc!!
Je suis arrive mercredi soir a Varsovie apres une journee de stop un peu laborieuse mais recompensee par un "lift" bien sympatique. La personne qui m'a pris et conduit pendant $ heures etait vraiment sympa, parlait un anglais parfait et cela a permit des conversations bien interessantes! Il m'a meme depose tout pres de chez Marta, ma copine de Varsovie que je visite en ce moment.
En fait, je commence a avoir une theorie sur le stop; c'est que plus longtemps tu attends d'etre pris, plus cela vaut plus la peine! Cela fait plusieurs fois que je galere un tout petit peu et a chaque fois c'etait pour faire une rencontre d'autant plus interessante!
Marta m'a donc laisse son appart vu qu'elle habite surtout chez son copain. L'appart a moi tout seul, c'est vraiment du luxe! ;-)
Je passe donc du temps avec Marta et avec son copain Adam, ce qui me fait bien plaisir!
Je revisite egalement un peu Varsovie qui evolue peu a peu au fur et a mesure de son developpement economique... Sur les photos, vous aurez donc le droit a du tres moderne et du tres vieux, conservation des quelques immeubles ayant survecu a la deuxieme guerre mondiale.
Demain, je vais voir Shioux a Cracovie (pote de promo) ou je compte passer quelques jours.
A mon retour ici, je ferai ma demande de visa russe et j'en profiterai pour retourner a Grojec, mon vrai fief polonais! ;-))
I arrived on wednesday night in Warsaw after a not-so-easy hitchhiking day from Poznan. But the wait was worth it as the lift I was given was really enjoyable! After a 2h wait next to a bridge I was staring at like if I was getting closer and closer to have it as a modest shelter for the night, a guy stopped and drove me directly next to Marta's house!
Actually, I'm starting to have a kind of theory about hitchhiking; the longer the wait, the worther the lilft!! It's been two or three time I struggle a bit to get a lift and each time, the wait was really worth it as the person who took me was a definitely valuable person!
Marta is a friend I met during my year time here in Poland. So I'm very glad to spend some time with her and to know her boyfriend at the same time. She even leaves me her flat as she lives more at her boyfriend's palce that at hers. That makes it a very cozy stay in Warsaw!
I visit a bit a bit the city again and look at the way it's getting developped little by little. I guess next time I'll see it will be a major change after the infra-structure works the city will witness thanks to/because of the Euro 2012.
