Updated entry:  Tuesday was another "engineering day" touring with the water authority of the region.  Got to see a dam under construction, a canal system with the auto control systems, as well as a pumping station to manage the flow and irrigation.  Pretty interesting stuff, but another long day.  The group did take us to a wonderful lunch at a hilltop restaurant in Medellin.

Late afternoon was the 2.5 hour drive to Ciudad Real.  Graham had a great snooze.  I'm proud to say, that on two different occasions the bus had to stop for potty breaks, and it was never for my kids, but for some reason those college students can't seem to manage more than a 1.5 hour ride at a time!

We arrived in Ciudad Real around 8, and after dropping our bags at our new place, we met with most of the group for a 9:30 dinner (thank goodness Graham had a nap!).  It was another huge, wonderful meal, and there was the added benefit that the local program director brought his wife and 3 daughters, ages 7, 8, and 10.
