Jim ran over to the service place to check on progress, as the weekend is now over.  We should start to see something happen finally.  Technically, work could not be done until they had it approved by the warranty company, and they were closed over the weekend.  Jim returned a bit frustrated, as he felt they weren't working diligently enough to get us back on the road.  It's so difficult being in this position; we have no control over them.  I decided to be proactive and headed over there under the guise of getting something out of the motorhome we forgot.  I laid it on real thick, about how I had spent SO much time on planning the trip, only to watch it slip away - the lengthy attempts at rescheduling - and how if the repairs took past Tuesday the entire trip would probably just be scrapped so we could head back to Michigan.  Jim went back later in the afternoon and they were working like crazy.  Said something about keeping me happy.  They worked until 8:30 this evening, allowing us to get out of the motel, packed up and on the road at 9:45 pm!  We plan on driving straight through, putting us at the Grand Canyon around dinner tomorrow, a day earlier than I had rescheduled!!
