Finca Ixobel is a 400 acre travelers retreat that hosts school children and couples looking for a special meal, and in this case, us for a few days.  our time there was punctuated with a cave tour - 4 hours walking time - a swim in the cave, and a cliff dive in the cave (the water was cold), much relaxing and meeting and getting to know great people and also a much needed machine laundering of our clothing.  the food and service at finca ixobel was wonderful and we would like to stay longer but we´ve places to see and things to do... on our third morning we left bound for coban...
