After staying with Stuart wiht La Ceiba for a night we boarded the bus for San Pedro Sula, a large city in Honduras and where we will catch a bus onto Guatemala City.    We have to stay overnight in SPS and evryone has warned us that SPS isnt safe at night so it time for me to catch up on the blog.

Having said that we did a wander around the centre of the city and it seemed very nice.
