Finally after a massive carbon footprint I have arrived in Wellington and it is southerly and extremely cold.  For those who know Welly, you will know the excitement of flying into Welly Airport in a southerly.  For those who dont, the plane comes in sideways whilst corkscrewing left and right and up and down.  a very exciting landing as we corrected at the last minute and still didnt touch down until almost level with the terminal buildings.  Good job it was a small plane.

And the southerly in Welly is freezing, i am totally unprepared for cold weather so am borrowing clothes from my sister Jo.

Family dinner last night and i managed to stay awake until midnight and sleep in until 7 this morning.
