We slept in a little, and got down for breakfast before it closed down. The breakfast spread was pretty good...muffins, bagels, make-your-own waffle, assemble-your-own egg mcmuffin, cereals, oatmeal, yogurts, cottage cheese, coffees, teas, etc. Not bad.

My mom had an eye appointment that morning any way, so we got over there around lunch time right after she got back. We had leftover chicken and stuff (yumm AGAIN) for lunch. I then talked to my Dear Neice (hereafter DNT), and she wanted the kids to come swimming with her daughter (same age as my DD).

So we dropped the kids off so DH and I could run to Target and get some things. Then I came back to the pool to hang out with DNT while the kids swam. DH went back to the hotel to do some work. DNT and I had a nice visit; we hadn't been able to do that for a long time.

By the time DH got back it was almost dinner time, so we decided to treat everyone to pizza. So a bunch of the family met over at one of the local pizza parlors, and we had pizza and beer and soda. All the kids had great fun playing the video games and getting bouncy balls and stuff out of the machines. DS was so sweet, he got me this squishy thing and a necklace from the machine; he's so thoughtful. :) It was fun.

We then went over to see mom and dad (it was too late for them to eat pizza so they hadn't been there). Then we stopped off at the hotel to get the kids' stuff so they could stay the night at my sister's and DNT's house. Apparently the three kids had a wonderful time playing together and even went to bed when they were supposed to. It also made for a nice, quiet night for us. :)
