Today our port was Cabo San Lucas. Had to take these little boats (tenders) from the ship to the dock. There was a flea market right when we got off so did some shopping, took our picture with an iguana. :)
From there we got on a catamaran and went snorkeling in a secluded cove. Wow, was that fun. Saw some fish, which was a little creepy. Looked down into the deep blue sea, which was also a little creepy...I kept imagining a great white coming forth from the deep. After about an hour of snorkeling, it was time for some sailing. The natural arch, which marks the boundary between the Sea of Cortez and the Pacific Ocean, was beautiful. We went right by a big rock with sea lions on it and then sailed around Cabo San Lucas Bay.
After snorkeling we sailed around the harbor and drank. The host had us line up and gave us all shots of tequila...oh my! Partay! Had a great time. :) We never got to see the town of Cabo itself, no time. As soon as our snorkeling/sailing tour was over, it was time to get back on the ship. The water was so blue, so pretty. Gorgeous place. Back aboard ship it was the second formal night for another Captain's Gala. More thumbnails ...
