Here are videos of our trip to Agra... the shot out the window as we drive through the small town captures many of the classic images of India we have experienced since we got here, and this one little village had them all in a span of about 2 blocks.
Then a couple of videos of the Taj. Photos and videos really don't do this place justice, but you at least see a little of what we experienced.

OH MY!!
To hear the sounds that accompany all that 'eye candy' is such an amazing and different experience! Modern miracles happening on my own computer (for the first time ever!) Thank you!!!
Any chance of getting any stock in the motorbike companies?? Probably Honda or something common to us in the USA...it's just seeing so many used as primary transportaton and 'beasts-of-burden', so to speak. Welll....it certainly emphasizes how much we take for granted in our (American) culture that we think of as extravagance or just for fun or one of those 'toys' so many want, but often don't really need. Are those bikes used all over the countryside or primarily in the most populated areas? So many of your pictures have shown them with the 'whole' families on them so I presume that IS their transportation. Just think of the gas saved and the minimizing of obesity in our country..mind-boggling!!!
Then there's the Taj!!! WOW!! The near silence as you were filming is, alone, enough to make one feel a sense of reverence about the place. I look forward to more!
What time were you there? Looks like very, very early morning (NOT?) or is that depressing sky the local smog? How often can one plan on getting natural lit pictures? Is this one of those 'How do the Nat'l. Geo photographers find those perfect moments we all see in the magazines' moments? Have you ever wished you packed some of those little masks like they wear in China?
Don't forget your vitamin C!!
This is so awesome...getting to follow your jouney as you go!!! Thank you!!! Give each other a hug for us!!! m & gm
Just wonderful!
The videos are amazing, I am sure just a speck of what you both are experiencing. Thank you so much for sharing your trip in this blog. It is truly amazing. Mom
