After a LONG flight we arrive in China. After de-planning, John and I worked our way to the transfer counter to get information on our connecting flight to Bangkok. We were slightly nervous when the police took our passports and travel documentation and disappeared for a spell. We were further concerned when we overheard a gentleman saying that he had been in this waiting room for two days!! After a half an hour the police came back with our boarding passes and personally escorted us to our gate!
