This place is ridiculous. I actually typed an email to a friend and realized I summed it up pretty well:

I am having an amazing time! Today for example, I went with 3 people in the moring, tied a harness around my waist, backed up about 5 feet and took a running jump off of a platform built out over a canyon - free falled from 109meters (calculate that one out!) and swung only feet above a roaring river below...called canyon swinging. That was just in the morning.
I just returned from the most unique form of white water rafting... no raft. I had on a helmet, a wet suit and life vest ( the water is about 40 degrees as it rushes down the river from the melting glaciers above) and hung on to a boggy board for dear life. Had my fair share of brushes with rock, getting caught in "whirl" pools that suck you under - but it was amazing. It took a ridiculous amount of muscle to control yourself in the water. This is the same river that in one part has the strongest rapids in all of the southern hemisphere!

My heart seems to still be pounding at a faster rate...hours later!
