She made it! After all that travel, I splurged and picked mom up in a 'limo' (new BMW with driver) at the airport on Sunday. Once back at the resort we settled her into the beautiful two story town home, situated on the Lagoon in Bang Tao Bay of Phuket. Relaxed a while and explored the grounds in the last afternoon rays. She was doing so great with almost no sleep, but a drink and 1/2 into happy hour and I had a sleep walking/talking woman on my hands! But who could blame her, 32 hours of travel and a 12 hour time change would knock anyone out! So it was an early night, but we had the entire next day to lounge around the beach, pool and grounds of the resort...no plans but to relax!
