Just a quick one to let you all know we're fine and that no, we haven't been eaten by lions. Currently in Eldoret, Kenya but will be moving on to Uganda in a week or so hopefully. Have loads of new people on the truck which is much better and less work for us! Have been visiting the national parks and saw loads of rhino, elephants, giraffe, antelope, buffalo and zebra. Also saw 2 lions, a male and a female eating a zebra. It was totally amazing and we were really close to them. Watched them climb trees, it was quite funny watching them try to climb a particularly unstable looking bush. We tried to find the cheetahs and leopards but they have so far remained elusive.

Kev's Dad came to visit us in Mombasa which was really nice, anyone else fancy coming to visit us?? Also, whilst we were in Mombasa we did our scuba diving certificates, saw loads of tropical fish, eels and a turtle, it was really cool. Went to Elsamere on Lake Naivasha where Joy Adamson lived and saw the whole history of Elsa the Lioness (do you remember that film - Born Free?) Then we had tea and cakes on the lawn (main reason for visiting obviously) which was really yummy. Nearly got mugged by the colobus monkeys but the birds were more successful when they stole our cakes.

Anyway, will write a proper entry when we get round to it,

Take Care,

Sian and Kev.
