Today was a long driving day, leaving Rabat, catching the ferry across the Mediterranean to Algeciras in Spain and then a late arrival in Seville.
Immediately, we were struck with the beauty of Seville. It has such character, interesting ancient history, stunning buildings and architecture, so much atmosphere and night life.I love it. It could rival Paris and Rome!
We had a great tapas meal and wandered around the city for a while at night to soak it up and see the stunningly beautiful Catedral y Giralda lit up at night. I'm really looking forward to seeing more of the city tomorrow.

Andrea Mundy on

Hi to the two of you,
We are loving reading all your travel blogs. Grant and I sit together on the lounge and look through the photos that you have been putting up. It all looks so wonderful and so different from the last trip. You have been to some amazing places and experienced incredible sights, we can't wait to hear all the stories to go along with the images.
Dad and Mum have successfully moved into Heathcote and tomorrow hand over the Menai unit. Dad is rather tired but is holding everything together. We are still sorting out pieces of furniture that fit into the space of the new place and some pieces have already been discarded that don't fit. There are still a few boxes to unpack but hopefully that should be completed within the week. Auntie Viv has been a couple of times to help out, she is so wonderful and helpful with Mum, especially when Dad starts to get a bit short with her. The neighbours have all been lovely. They drop in to introduce themselves or just to say hello. One neighbour brought in a stunning rose on the day Mum and Dad arrived just to make them feel welcome. Already Mum has accidently bumped the emergency button in the bathroom which brought a nurse and staff member running from the main buildings. As funny as this sound, it is a comfort knowing that the support is right there if they need it. Dad arranged for the phone to be connected the day before they moved in so they now have a new number, 95206880. I don't know if anyone else has forwarded this on to you. Anyway be assured that all is well here back at home and Dad and Mum are settled and happy. Keep the blogs and photos coming. Cram every day with great adventures. With much love always, Grant and Andrea.
