Just wanted this on the map.  3 hour layover in Amsterdam.  Not enough time to catch the train into the city.  The custom agent asked why I spoke my 10 words of emergency Dutch.  I told him that when traveling to another country, you should at least know how  to say hello, please and thank you...even in France.  he liked that.
