On Saturday I visited the Diamond Head crater. It is located just to the South of Honolulu, and is a crater formed about 150 000 years ago. It was used in World War 1 as an observational post, and in fact to get to the top you still need to climb through the old military structures.

The views from the top of Honolulu and the surrounding area are magnificent, and i have included a number of them with this entry.
