I should have made an entry long ago, however this will have to do.

I left Canada at 7:30 on May 1st to travel to Hawaii. I was supposed to be here by 2:30 local time, however my plane broke down in Houston. I've included a picture of our opened engine, which I got to look at for 7 hours in the airport.

Once here the accomodation were a bit of a let down, but I'm making do now. On May 2nd i managed to get to the beach...and it just makes everything worth it. Over the weekend I visited Ala Moana and Waikiki, of which there are pictures of both.

This coming weekend I will be visiting the Diamond Head crater and the North Shore of Oahu...pictures will be posted.
