Another 5 hours of traveling was ahead of us as we left the SLC airport hotel.  However, it went pretty first as we watched the scenery go by.  Lots of hills and mountains, albeit naked ones.  We miss seeing mountains that have forests on them.  Beautiful rock formations on the way north. 

We stopped at a rest area about 1/2 way up and near the restrooms we came upon a family of Marmots that were not shy and came up to us looking for food.  Of course, the kids couldn't turn them away and they found some crackers to feed them.  Our first wildlife of the trip!
We arrived at the Wyoming Inn of Jackson at 3:30pm, which gave us about a 1/2 hour before we had to head out from our trail ride at Mill Iron Ranch.  The hotel was beautiful and had a nice western theme to match the town.
