We are in limbo today- no not another funny oz place name- we've reached a stage where we have lots of options on where to go next but we cant decide which road to take! Eastwards will take us to Sydney but that's still about a 1000 kms away, south will take us back to Melbourne once more towards the plane that will soon be bringing us back to blighty! The thought of sydders on Australia day is still a big pull,and achievable, but hearing from some of you that lots of things are happening back home right now we cant help but wonder if we should still be gallivanting around oz! We have to rehome maz first of course but at the moment we couldn't dream of that - she's behaving so well! So onward we will go- aircon or no aircon! Where we are today, swan hill , is a bit of a letdown - the caravan park is very neat and tidy but theres not much going on- nearly empty of campers. The town is smaller than we thought too - its main attraction is the pioneer settlement village - a recreated/part original step back in time place which doesn't interest us much - we saw the best one at ballarat a few weeks ago which was great. So we don't bother looking at another- sure it isn't as good! Apart from shopping (and we don't want to do that either!) theres not much else to do so we stay on the park - nattie amuses herself on a pedal cart for an hour (knackering she says) and we all crash out on the sofas (yes we've got 2!) watching another dvd- over the hedge. Bev cooks a decent roast pork dinner (still no yorkies) and we plan our next move. Decision is we head for tourist trap echuca tomorrow - its not too far away....
