Its with relief that we pack up and leave mildura today - the tent did us proud and stood up to the rain but it's a messy job trying to put it away wet - its still spitting with rain - think these last few hours have provided this area with its years rainfall all in one go - still hearing of more floods on the gold coast and queensland so glad we arnt going there! Again, like in renmark, not a lot of sightseeing has taken place while here for several reasons - jim, weather etc and todays drive provides lots more orange groves and vineyards - we have to keep reminding ourselves of where we are going today - swan hill - things have been a bit samey lately! Aiming for another park with wi-fi so we can get in touch back home we end up at another big 4 site- pioneer city tourist park - and as its raining here too we take the only accommodation available here ( other than camping) - a little holiday cottage- havnt stayed in one of these before! Its more than we wanted to pay and much bigger than needed but it'll do for the next two nights! Not planning to do much here either except watch dvds and blog allday... tonights film - oceans eleven - about a casino heist - could do with a few tips from george clooney and co- our funds are getting lower by the day! Todays potd - MR LATE - driver was in a bit of a hurry too! Nothing for dinner tonight- don't feel like it again.
