I have now survived one week in the vibrant, friendly city of Buenos Aires. The adjustment to late nights, new food, new pronunciations, pick pocketers,winter in the Southern hemisphere and the pace of a large city like Buenos Aires has been a success thus far. My favorite things to do are explore and discover the city by walking and sit in all the cafeterias to read or watch all the Argentines as they gesture and speak passionately about any matter of their lives. Many tours of the city and all the historic building and places have left me excited for the next four months and anxious to fit everything in before I leave what seems to be one of the greatest cities I have ever discovered. You just talked to your mom and we wanted to see if you had updated ths site...beautiful pictures of you.
By the way, were you pick pocketed? What classes are you taking?

Well it is good to hear that you are doing well. Mom said she spoke with you over skype today and that all is well. You should get a switch blade to deal with the locos down there. Plus you will look cool...BONUS!
I dont think that I am going to make it down there. It is just too expensive but you and the family will have a good time and you can bring me a gift.
I miss you Kate and when you get a chance email me about what is going on or call me again and I will try to answer this time. Love you.
