Where to start the day? Anita and I left the hotel at 3:30am so we could drop the car off at 4:00am. Well, we got there on time but there was no one at the Thrifty rental booth and no one around could find the guy or reach him by phone. We waited for 25 minutes. I left the keys there with the flashers on the car and hoped for the best.
Check in was a joke.
