We made it fine to Edmonton... there is light snow on the ground, and it is overcast today. The temerpature is -7C or about 20F. I took a few photos from our window this morning, because it was way too dark when we fianally arrived at the hotel.
The flight was smooth from Orlando to Minneapolis/St. Paul but very long (3.5 hours). Then the connecting flight to Edmonton was about 2.25 hours. Not quite as bad. I slept on that flight. The best part was that everything went flawlessy!!!! Yeay!
We actually got to see the Auraura Borealis from the airplane. It was amazing! I'd never seen the northern ligths before, and it was worth being woken up by Sean to check it out. Too bad I couldn't take photos of it. It was too bright inside the plane.
Today, we have planned out a tour of the city. We'll take lots of pictures and get to play in the snow. I'll be filling everyone in on the tour and posting photos soon...
