Italy and spendy internet!!!

So internet is expenxive in italy like 4 bucks per half houran d I have like 10 minutes left so this will be fast and full of typos. I will have to back date an entry for switzerland later on.
Today we wandered venice as advised by many :) It is a gorgeous place but all of europe is on vacation right now so it was very crowded. We went to St. Marks square but due to the dislike for pigeons of one member and the huge crowds we did not stay long. we visited the basilica or church or which ever it is and then wandered for a while checking out a few shops, eating some pizza from a shop and trying some biscoti with chocolate of course. We opted out of the gondola experience because they are spendy we are poor college kids and the canals are soooo busy due to tourist season I think that we are instead using a water taxi (large boat like abus on water) to get in our canal experience. We are travlling to florence tomorrow and praying for cheaper internet becuase I have loads of emails to respond to :)
For those I owe an email I will try to get a response out soon if it is urgent title it as suchand I will b sure to read it. Good luck to all heading back to school in the very near future!
