The last few days we have been relaxing and having a good time in Broome.  We had 2 lovely people staying behind us at the caravan park and we quickly made friends with them (John and James had one thing in common - they can talk!) James made us a beautiful entree and dinner on Thursday night (handy to have a chef stay behind us) while Niamh, John and I drank alot of wine.  John in particular drank alot of wine and paid the price the next day :)

Yesterday we had lunch with our new friends while the Cable Beach was evacuated due to a crocodile sighting! In the afternoon, John recovered enough to join me on the camel ride at sunset which was worth every cent we paid.  It was an excellent afternoon and we really loved it.  During the evening we went to the outdoor cinema and watched Night at the Museum 2.  It was a real experience as the cinema opened in 1916 and is the worlds longest running open-air cinema.  The planes fly in over the top of the cinema and come in really low and its like you are in the middle of the war or something - its great.

Tomorrow we will go to our next stop, Fitzroy Crossing
