Managed to stay ahead of all the worst storms, shocked to find on arrival here about the earthquake in Japan the magnitude of it and repercussions around the world. We fear for those we left behind in Fiji where we know many of the villages we visited would not stand a 6ft wave hitting
their village let alone anything bigger.  We fear also for those people we have met who have travelled on to Japan, and those who came with us to the states and have gone onto San Francisco. We hope everyone we have met is safe. As we watch the news on TV, the impact of the tsunami is frightening, and the USA is also experiencing massive floods in the North East states, and snow blizzards in the mid west.New York seems to be the safest place at present but we shall be pleased to arrive back at Bridgnorth on 14th safe from the volativity of the world's weather.
