Our cruise chugged to an end as we pulled into to Ft. Lauderdale around 6am.  Since we were already packed and our suitcases were collected last night, all we had to do was get dressed, have one last wonderful breakfast...and wait for our group to be called. 

We were one of the last groups called -- and going through customs and collecting our luggage was a zoo.  But we made it through...only to get to the airport and wait some more.  No delays or cancellations...just a long, long wait until our flight arrived/took off.

We didn't get in to Oakland until (according to our body clock) 2am -- so we were pretty tired when we got home.  Two lonely cats were very glad to see us...but I'm already itching to plan our next trip abroad.

Grand Turk to Tortola - 415 nautical miles
Tortola to St. Thomas - 104 nautical miles
