Landed at the infamous terminal 5 at Heathrow from Glasgow.  It is quite massive.  I asked at the helpdesk how to get to terminal 4, and the woman was sooooooooo rude!  She didn't look up...just mentioned something about a bus....I asked if I could just get the heathrow express...she said 'no' (head still down) - if I did, I'd have to change at terminal 1,2,3 apparently.

As the interaction had been so minimal, I thought maybe she was engrossed in a timetable or something, and was going to give me more info...until I asked "is that it?", to which she finally looked up and said "yes, that's it".  How rude - so I then had to prompt her to tell me where the bus actually left from....grrrrr!!!
