. My biggest class at QU was 30 people max! So it was pretty interesting when the professor walked in and started talking with a microphone in hand! I really enjoyed this professor and he was pretty funny. He called me out in class to tell him what the unit of currency was in America... Now, two things #1: I obviously got it right so YAY $$Dollar$$ and #2: I guess I stick out and look American.. oh welllll! This class was interesting, but all philosophical-like sooooo... not for me :P On to the next one! Finally, my last class of the day was Traditional Irish Music. This professor is sooo cute, she's old and Irish and so cute so I liked it from the very beginning! She talked about the instruments of Ireland: The harp, the violin, the fiddle, etc. It was pretty fun actually listening to the music, so I think I'm going to take this one! After class we found the Starbucks Cafe on campus, got hot chocolate and waited for our meeting at 7. At the meeting we signed up for our trip to the Ring of Kerry! Then we walked back to the dorms and made dinner! We made stir-fry tonight with chicken, broccoli, stringbeans, carrots, peppers, onions and of course rice! It was SOOOO GOOD and we are definitely making it again! I'm going to be a pro chef by the time we come :) Last night I just made plain chicken cutlets with pasta and gravy (YUMM) and tonight this! I'm getting good :) Haha went to bed early tonight, long day of classes tomorrow!
Time for classes!! I went to an "Artifact studies" class this morning at 10. It was interesting, but not for me because it seems like you need to know more about archeology than I do, so I was confused sometimes! Haha, after class my friend Kayla and I met Cristina and Jillian at The Wholy Grain for breakfast. I got french toast and orange juice and it was SO GOOD. It was just what I needed :) Then we went and checked out the student center, bought bright red UCC sweatshirts and hung out waiting for our next class. The Irish girls dress up sooo much for class it's crazy! I wear those clothes on my super fancy days and they wear dresses and skirts, yada yada every single day! They also wear stockings and shorts which is really funny, but also kind of cool! I'm going to try it at least once before I leave and see how it goes.. Haha the next class I went to was An Introduction to Contemporary Religions of the World. It was in a HUGE lecture hall which was so weird because I'm not used to that
